Designated Broker David Rosen has been a licensed Broker since 2008 and a licensed sales person since 2005. David enjoys working with all types of clients, but has sold the bulk of the properties he has worked on to investors.  Originally from New York City, David graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2003. After pursuing a short career in the arts, he moved to the metro Phoenix area at the encouragement Adam Sachs, national real estate speaker for Armando Montelongo of Flip This House fame. Currently David helps many local and out of state investors utilize housing as a great investment tool. However, as the market has developed, he also helps traditional home sellers, and more lately “distressed” sellers accomplish their goals quickly and cleanly. In the past he was Sr. Vice President at Green Light Real Estate, Designated Broker of RE2K, Associate Broker at AZCO Properties and now is Designated Broker and an Owner of Homesaver Real Estate. Collectively he has sold over 1,000 homes equaling over $400 M.

Dan was a residential flipper before he became a real estate agent, buying, refurbishing, and reselling SFRs. In 2006 he got his real estate license and worked mainly with investors/flippers, and developing computer enhanced home evaluation.
